Firm History
Since our inception in 1996, our firm has enjoyed great success and has continued to grow. We have represented a large
number of clients in the area, while meeting a wide range of legal needs.
Mingace & Heineman, P.C. was founded by Christopher Mingace and Michael Heineman who were classmates at Suffolk
University Law School. The firm is located in Framingham, Massachusetts, although the attorneys have handled cases
all across Massachusetts including representing clients in trials in Essex County, Suffolk County, Worcester County,
Middlesex County, Norfolk County, Berkshire County, Bristol County, Hamden County, and Barnstable County.
Reported decisions include Gutierrez v. Mass. Bay Transportation Auth., 437 Mass. 396 (2004); Commonwealth
v. Carp, 47 Mass. App. Ct. 229 (1999).
